BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

Order Turnaround Times
Most orders are processed and shipped within two days from when they are received on a first come, first serve basis.

Film Processing
All film is processed through a custom built Refrema Daylight film processor. This film processor is by far one of the most advanced film processors ever built. We utilize an onsite water filtration system consisting of media filtration, reverse osmosis and de-ionization all to insure that your film is as clean as possible with unsurpassed archival characteristics. All film is either sleeved in 3 mil thick polypropylene archival materials to provide the best protection for your film or 35mm film can be cut and mounted in either plastic or cardboard mounts.

Film Scanning
We utilize a Hasselblad X5 drum scanner for all film scanning needs. The Hasselbald X5 scanner has the ability to scan all film formats from 35mm up to 4×5 sheet film up to a maximum of 8000dpi. The unique drum design produces exceptionally sharp scans without the need to apply oil to the film surface.   The CCD imaging sensor is actively cooled to produce rich shadow detail without the noise issues associated with other CCD scanners.
